1. Users can access information about the rental property without creating an account.

2. To complete the purchase of goods and services, users must create an account.

3. We do not currently offer memberships, subscriptions, or recurring services.

 

3. User Responsibilities

1. Users must provide accurate and truthful information about themselves and others.

2. Users must use valid and authorized payment methods.

3. Users are prohibited from using the website for money laundering or terrorism financing.

4. Users must act in good faith when purchasing items.

 

4. Booking & Payments

1. No deposit or booking fees are charged.

2. Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Diners, CUP, JCB, and Maestro.

3. All payments are processed through WIX Payments and are subject to WIX Payments Terms and Conditions.

4. For payment disputes, users must provide necessary documentation to challenge unauthorized charges. WTL will contest chargebacks and return funds if the dispute is resolved in favor of the user.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

1. Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service or product use are eligible for a full refund.

2. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable, except in specific cases upon request.

3. All products and services follow the same refund policy.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

1. Third-party service providers (e.g., tour operators, external suppliers) are responsible for their services. WTL is only responsible for errors in the contracting of the services.

2. Force majeure: Refunds or cancellations due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters) will depend on the supplier's force majeure policies.

7. Website Content & Intellectual Property

1. Users may share website content on social media.

2. WTL is responsible for the accuracy of information about goods and services.

3. Rental hosts are responsible for the accuracy of property details.

4. All website content, including images, cannot be used without explicit written consent from WTL or the host.

 

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

1. These Terms are governed by Portuguese law.

2. In case of disputes, users agree to mediation/arbitration through the Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo de Lisboa (CACCL) before taking legal action.

3. The exclusive jurisdiction for legal disputes is the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
